It's been 2 months and still no update on my delivery - won't even pick up calls, claiming "all advisors are busy" smh that's 180 down the drain EDIT: to the person who replied, I was the sender - one of your employees came to collect but there's still no update on the app, nor the hermes website. I also contacted the recipient and they haven't received anything
