        Their lorry drove into my stationary car and scratched it. When I left a complaint they took 4 months to get back to me only to tell me if was my fault and Ill receive no compensation.

        Appalling service...not had a collection for nearly 4 weeks....keep phoning and getting no where.. it's like hitting your head against a brick wall....disgusting!! Never in 37 years in this house has the service been so bad
