Popped into underwear dept, made an appointment with bra fitter tracey and she was professional, supportive, and very kind. Her recommendations were very well recieved and you felt very comfortable with her. Such a huge selection available - i wanted support without the uncomfortable wire and i was surprised at the amout of choices available. Shopping done. Well done M&S and thankyou Tracy for all your help.

The food is up to it's usual standard, which is very good and reasonably priced However, the women's clothes are a complete horror show . ( The Frocky Horror Show) They include one truly awful frock in green, another pink one in a terrible cheap fabric more suitable for a nightie, and a range of frightful patterned ones.

I went up to the cafe for a sandwich and tea and a plate of french fries.I sent the uncooked fries back but was given once again uncooked fries very disappointed with the quality of food there I didn't expect this from M and S

Great shop excellent products and produce. Bought suit for husband they also do alterations which was excellent. Able to buy a great dress too
