Paul is a rare find - hes done 2 major projects at my house now and I couldnt be happier. He works to a very high standard with enthusiasm and attention to detail, and has a huge amount of experience and knowledge, finding solutions to anything that crops up. Paul and Neil have been friendly, punctual, reliable, tidy and considerate around children and pets the whole way, and are just great people to have around. I would highly recommend them and am already planning the next project!

Paul did an excellent job on a lounge extention, which involved removing old internal brick walls and inserting a couple of steels, a very messy job done to perfection. Paul and Neil are very tidy and methodical workers which we would recommend any day. Very friendly service, a huge thanks to you, and best wishes to you both.

Paul Williams from P.D Williams Construction has done several projects on our property in 2019. He has replaced many windows around the house. He has converted our main floor to open living room/kitchen and installed a brand new kitchen. Also, he has converted our garage into a bathroom/ utility room. Every job Paul has done for us has been 100% completed and to a very high standard. He has a vast experience and great attention to details. We can honestly say that we are very happy with Pauls work and can highly recommend him for any kind of building work.

Paul has just completed his second project for us. His first was a lovely bathroom conversion and he has now added a one storey extension to the back of our house. I can't speak highly enough of his approach, from day one of speaking to him about our plans. He is a thoroughly professional, reliable, quality led builder, communicating brilliantly with us (we were not on site). He sent photos to us and rung or texted with queries at all stages. Whilst not on site our neighbours (both) emailed me to say what a considerate builder he was and one said she could set her clock by his arrival time. Also that he was just a nice chap to have around ! My particular favourite was that having overlooked thinking about my houseplants in a front porch, Paul had been dutifully watering them without being asked ! The overall finish and attention to detail is excellent. If anyone wants to see his work please do ask him to bring you round. I'm sorry there isn't a five star plus rating because we would definitely give him that. Nothing is too much trouble and he is very willing to do extras not thought of originally (he sorted our front porch whilst he was there). He has good support from a labourer and uses an electrician and plumber as necessary. Thank you Paul, we are, as you can tell, very impressed !
