Harry at Mercury property Maintenance offered a competitive quote, which was fully broken down and gave accurate info on start and completion dates. He repaired the render on both chimney stacks on our 3 storey rental property and painted the house on both the front and back. He organised the scaffolding and kept us up to date with the progress and send detailed pictures. We would recommend him and would definitely use him again for future property maintenance!

We used Mercury Property Maintenance for a large roof repair Jan 23 and would definitely recommend them. Harry the owner oversaw and did a lot of the work himself. He did the work quickly and kept us informed of any problems and cost along the way. Thank you for a good job done Rob Torquay.

Harry was incredibly from first quote through to completion. So thorough and takes the upmost pride in his work. When the works were completed the house was spotless and like hed never been! Painting was immaculate and will definitely be using him again! Highly recommend
