We used West Country conversions after seeing the great work they had done on a neighbour's house. We needed an extra big bedroom for a growing family under soon as we saw the work Sean and his team have done we knew that they would be the right choice for us. Sean and his team were professional, polite, punctual and hard-working from day one and nothing was too much trouble for them to make our job just how we wanted it to be. They stayed in touch with us at every stage of the build to make sure we knew what was going on and to ensure that we were happy with the standard of work which was excellent throughout. Using West Country conversions made a big decision very easy for us and every aspect of their work has been first rate. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have this sort of work done as they can be assured of a professional and dedicated approach by a team of skilled craftsmen. We couldn't be happier!

The job which Sean and his team undertook was to build a two bedroom self contained apartment in an un-used roof space of a semi detached house. It meant total removal of the existing roof and constructing thee large dormers. Sean's quote was very competitive, and on meeting him I was impressed by his attitude. Sean not only project managed the development from reviewing the plans, organizing the installation of the electrical and plumbing components but also ensured building regulations were adhered to. Sean a carpenter by trade, was integral to the hands on aspect of the project which he and his team not only completed on time but to a high standard, with absolutely no fuss. Some changes had to be made as the building took shape nothing was insurmountable and Sean's expert advice and opinions were invaluable I have no hesitation in recommending west Country Conversions

Our project to convert our loft into a bedroom and bathroom had been considered on a number of occasions over the last few years with several companies involved, but deferred as we were uncomfortable with suggested options from these companies who seemed to lack in ideas to maximise the available space and the conversion would involve unacceptable alterations to other rooms in the house. We decided to make one last attempt and this led to our first contact with Sean Bennett at Westcountry conversions. From our first contact with Sean we were impressed by his positive attitude, job portfolio, which evidenced high quality workmanship, and his helpful, practical suggestions which gave us a suitable way forward at a competitive price. Communication was excellent throughout which gave us confidence and welcome reassurance. The work was completed to a first class standard with Sean suggesting slight enhancements to the original plans where this would have a significant improvement to the project. Good quality materials were used throughout the project and it is obvious that Sean is very experienced in this type of work and sets high standards of workmanship. The result of this is that the conversion is now complete, decorated and furnished, our former damp, draughty and cluttered loft is now a delightful, spacious and cosy bedroom with additional spacious bathroom and the bonus of substantial under eaves storage. Exactly the finished article we wanted. in fact the conversion well exceeds our expectations and all delivered in a friendly, professional and expert manner, within budget and ahead of schedule. We are delighted with our loft conversion and pleased to highly recommend Sean Bennett and his company, Westcountry conversions ltd. I could add that while the work was progressing that we came into contact with a number of professionals/tradespeople and it was obvious from our conversations that they hold you and your work in high regard!
