A nice cup of coffee but girl serving was manic to say the least and very rude to the customers before me. There were 4 of them and as the lady went to order she said "well stop then I can only do 2 drinks at a time". She then shouted to another girl who had been in her break to take over as she needed a cigarette and spent time then telling the queue how she needed a cigarette whilst slowly making the ladies drinks. (These people walked out leaving their drinks). The girl that took over however was more organised but said she had to do drinks in take away cups as she was now on her own. Why a coffee shop would organise staff breaks during lunch time is beyond me. Because of this tables were not cleared even though there were only about 4 tables with people sitting at them. It is a shame as it is a lovely coffee shop but staff training especially in customer service is desperately needed.

Great Strong authentic coffee, town centre, very road, only problem is the toilet is locked and you need Passcode to enter.
