Visited twice now. The food was fairly good on the first visit. On the second visit, the Lady taking the order (by phone) did not understand my query about gluten allergens. After several attempts to repeat myself, it became clear that there was a risk of contamination through misunderstanding and I cancelled the order. Dietary restrictions: Due to language difficulties, the Lady we spoke to didn't understand my queries about ingredients containing gluten.

Was told a 20 minute wait, after an hour of being sat there and people coming and going i ask about my order, turns out it was there ready for ages! And when i get home the order was wrong. Terrible!

We pre-ordered via food hub for delivery at 7.15pm. Our address isn't easy to find so I phoned to let them know where it was. I was assured that as long as they had the house number and postcode then it would be fine. The delivery driver then turned up an hour early, went to the back of our house, couldn't get in and so called us. We weren't home and told him he was an hour early so he said no worries they would make the order again and be back at 7.15pm. But 7.15pm came and went and no food. Called the restaurant and it was obvious our order had been forgotten. Delivery driver eventually turned up at 8.15pm after phoning us again to find out where we were. A total nightmare and no mention of any kind of discount for the inconvenience. The food was delicious as usual but on this occasion that didn't make up for everything else that went wrong.
