Terrible. Card machine wasn't working and by the member of staffs own admission hadn't been for a while. Tried to buy 2 pairs of shoes both priced at 3. One pair was worn right to the metal on the heel but I was happy to replace that myself. The card machine wouldn't work I checked for cash and I only had a five pound note. I asked the assistant if they would take 5. She said no, she said her manager was really strict. As I am on a low income and am trying to budget I did not want to take out 10 to pay 1 from the cash machine. I think this stance of no wiggle room in a 'non profit' is very disappointing. Charity shops seem to forget that as well as making money for charities they are also there to support their local communities specially in current times with the cost of living rising. When I left the 2 assistance shot each other a look which they thought I didn't see, which is why I've decided to leave this review as I found it very rude.

Bad news for anyone wanting to adopt a cat

Super friendly and helpful for a starving stray that I found. Great advice and took him in right away. Very caring and well set up to care for cats.
