Rowcroft Hospice

Just wanted to say that I regularly go into Rowcroft in Lymington Road, To donate ,buy,browse,Martin the duty manager in there is just fabulous, helpful, always polite, knowledgeable, couldn't do enough to help! 5 stars all day long! Just twice I ve been in when the gentleman with the ponytail is in! Just the polar opposite, unhelpful, miserable, superior attitude I hope you aren't paying him for this! Fortunately,for Rowcroft I shall always avoid him,and only visit, donate etc when Martin is there! Thank you for all you do ,

Mum went into rowcroft for respite to sort her leg so she could have a scan , they lost her brand new dentures and the physio team went on holiday for 10 days and they never bothered to get her out of bed so she suffered with a massive bed sore on heal doctor then told her on her own she was dying ,went in rowcroft walking came out , bed bound and sadly passsd at home , after care rubbish

Rowcroft Hospice are okay as long as you are looking for care at the Hospice. Because once you are home you get nothing
