Yet again another Devon (southwest business) that has, an I don't care attitude. Don't worry if I don't bother with this customer, another will be around corner. I had booked an appointment for yesterday, but no show no courtesy phone call to say they weren't coming. Hanging two doors obviously not a big enough job for them. This is second time I contacted eclipse first time they didn't bother to phone me back. They will no doubt use the current virus situation as an excuse. But when they genuinely will lose customers due to virus they will wish they looked after new customers. But hey, never mind plenty more decent business out there. And it states on their website that they are " We are dedicated and hardworking professional carpenters.. Make of that what you wish. If they have to much work on why not just say

Eclipse Carpenters Ltd have fully fitted my kitchen, this included construction, carpentry and electrical work. The service was excellent, my needs were met exactly and the job was completed promptly. All staff were professional throughout, left the job tidy and I would recommend them to others.
