used to be best caf in the bay now employed nothing but children to save money on wages and quality and simple common sense is not there food has gone down hill dramatically. chop and change opening times whenever they feel like it so don't expect it to be open when you turn up , the older lady with the bob cut was extremely rude when she forgot to mention to the chef to remove mushrooms (which my friend is allergic to) we asked for a new one and was told "your lucky to be getting anything" in the most sarcastic tone to then literally scrape off the mushrooms and leave all the juices left on the plate, I assume because we cam in a group of four, Thirty minutes before closing brings shame on the people who cook it as its usually very good the management really need to look into this member of staff as now my friends and family will not use this establishment anymore, where as between us wed easily spend 200-300 here a month PS the Scottish lady is very nice and accommodating (separate visit) understaffed when obvious influx of customers for the easter holidays , didn't even attempt to wait after being told there's a hour wait on food in a CAFE (Another separate visit) closed for no reason at all for work that could be done on a weekend or during closed times considering they shut at 2/3pm) awful managing of a buisness
