        Purchased a trial pass while I was on holiday. Cant speak highly enough of the staff here; dedicated, inspiring and incredible workout space. No brainier to anyone local or visiting

        Gro wellness is simply brilliant. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. The workouts go above and beyond. The GroCafe is incredibly tasty so on point with macro nutrition. The best all round Fitness and lifestyle brand!!! Love you guys

        Amazing team and incredible surroundings to train in - plus amazing healthy food in reception. Travis and Harriet are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about wellness. It is a really welcoming environment and even has great online daily work outs if you can't make it to the gym.
