        Customer service is shocking here, the worst I've seen from a building society or bank. I thought TSB were bad, but this place is on another level. To ask a 93 year old lady to go away and use internet banking is beyond belief. Update: 10/02/2023 Again I was fobbed off by the front of house employee and the cashier, was told to use the machine for cashing in my cheque. I refused and asked to be served by a person, there was only one other customer in front of me and none behind. The staff were not happy! A the end of the day I don't want to use a machine, I wish to talk to a person and be made to feel welcome as a member!

        There was nobody at the counters and the 2 cashiers just kept me waiting..When l asked if either of them were serving the left one told me that she was busy.!!! and the other nothing. The service in here has always been poor..no smiles just long faces. I'm closing my account if that's there attitude. Rude.

        Who is that sour faced no eye contact woman behind the counter! obviously had a day off when customer relations was being taught! cant take cash deposit put it through machine . The young guy in there needs to teach the old bird a few things!
