Absolute shambles of a company paid 15,000 for a new bathroom and ensuite in April set a date for July fitting postponed till August 22nd, the fitter didn't put this in his diary so now pushed to the back of the queue till November no no one will answer

Stopped here to buy more bathroom tiles as Google says its got in-store shopping however this is just a showroom store and does not sell individual products. Closest store is Exeter for supplies. Perhaps they ought to update their Google page as they told me people stop there all the time and then discover it doesn't sell supplies

Went really well with the initial consultation planning of kitchen, really really happy with everything that has been chosen, paid in full in July, given a chap to in stall, told he would be in touch, 2 weeks went by nothing rang the kitchen and bathroom centre,we were told the person was poorly, I said so it will not be fitted before Christmas, we were told that it will be fitted before Christmas, we are now in November, it appears we fell through the net, phone call this morning from the gent who has been nominated, he said that he only got the job last week, so now no kitchen til the new year, one very unhappy customer, the customer service is appalling, it appears that they got our money and then washed there hands, blaming everyone else but themselves, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOKING COMPANY TO Anyone, wish we had bought else were customer service shoddy very unprofessional uncaring 25,000 they got from us, and we were left on the back burner
