In response to your comment of us being an embarrassment. Thats the rude unprofessional man that you are. 1 member of our group lost his mask. And you flipped your lid. Rather than deal with it professionally. Your the embarrassment. Just to be clear for anyone looking to stay here. We are a quiet family . My wife and I both hold professional jobs. (My wife works for a Police Force headoffice) my mum works for A&E for the NHS and I have quite a few years of business management for large companies. We are all very polite and courteous and treat people how we want to be treated. Belittling your guests is not great Ian. This shows how little regard you have for your customers. Everyone be very cautious about this B&B. !!!!
