Seacroft Guest House

Rooms: Bright, clean, well provisioned with tea, coffee etc. Fresh towels and toiletries. Comfy double bed, nice warm room for April. Nearby activities: Very close too the seafront and all the amusement arcades, crazy golf and eateries. Town centre is a few mins away. Walkability: Everything is very accessible on foot. We parked our car on arrival and used it again to come home. Food & drinks: Lots of lovely places at the harbour and along the seafront to eat and prices to suit all budgets. Noteworthy details: Book the Steam train round robin. It is a fab steam train trip from Paignton to Kingswear, the a ferry across to Dartmouth, a lovely river cruise and finally an open top bus back to Paignton. Costs 36 per adult for everything, not sure if family ticket price.

Well what can I say, fantastic. Gareth and Mark are so welcoming. Beautiful and clean, plenty of storage. Loved the fact we could bring back food and eat in the lovely garden at the front. Everything you need is there, plates,glasses knives and forks, all there for us to use. Will definitely tell friends to stay and hopefully be back next year.

Mark and Gareth were excellent hosts nothing was too much for them. The room was clean and a good size however the bathroom and shower were a bit on the small side. The breakfast menu was varied and cooked to perfection. The guesthouse is 5 mins walk from the sea front with plenty of eateries, shops and entertainment to choose from. Thank you for a lovely visit.

We have recently returned from an amazing holiday, in Paignton staying at the seacroft guest house, Gareth and Mark made us feel welcome from the start. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast every morning was delicious and set us up for the day. The seacroft is a credit to the boys, who work very hard.
