        Most times theres always a long queue for prescription's. Repeat prescriptions sent through from your GP takes Boots a couple of days to prepare, sometimes because they havent your usual medication in stock. Never enough staff or like the other day when the queue suddenly got longer the one assistant just carried on stocking the shelves.

        This is another time, we can't get prescribed medicines in at least 48h after prescription has been sent to pharmacy. Last time staff asked to come back 4 times during 3 days. Today we waiting again second day, staff asked to come back tomorrow. Wasting time of patients.
