I was a regular customer with Georgia until today. I was very happy with the service and results that I received. Unfortunately I made the error of booking my next appointment with her personally in the salon at a time that suited me. I put the appointment in my diary for the agreed time but did not receive a confirmation email until less than 48 hours prior to my appointment. I did not notice that the time specified on the email did not correspond with the time booked initially and ticked the agreement box. Unfortunately the time was different to the time agreed, so I had to pay for the missed appointment. I was very annoyed because she didnt send me a confirmation email on the date of reservation and this is UNACCEPTABLE. She was unapologetic and said that I was making a BIG DEAL out of it.
