        Went in to the bank on Tuesday. Told Male staff Member I had cash with coins so needed to pay in at the till. His altitude was rude to me . Lady staff Member called Sue said was it my account I said yes as been with Halifax for years. I had 54 to pay in with 4 pounds coins she did a receipt for 44. I questioned her she said I lost the 10. My reply was it was the only place I been to and I know how much money I had. They stole 10 of my Hard earned cash. Will not be using this bank again.

        Lovely little branch. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Well behaved dogs welcome too, which is really great. I do hope they don't decide to close this branch, it's very much needed.

        Live in totnes but the last 6 times I have been to the branch its been closed, very disappointing

        "Halifax is a unique bank on the high street..." Yes it is unique. It's the only one that closes at 3pm!
