        Haven't yet had anything other than polite and efficient service here. And I just feel glad to have a bank to go to! That was 4 years ago - now I find the waiting times too long - still good staff, but not enough of them to handle the volume of clients. Still grateful that they haven't closed this branch though!

        Tried phoning the bank along with help from my mum because I am disabled with learning difficulties and needed to get help with my online banking because the HSBC bank in Paignton is temporarily closed. So they weren't very helpful at all.

        Staff all masked can hardly hear what they are saying behind the counter. Queue long and horrendously slow partially because of the fact that no one can hear what staff are saying so they have to repeat over and over. Staff very friendly can't fault their customer service but not enough of them and working conditions are poor! I had to go back 3 times just to open a bank account because there was not enough staff to cover the desk whilst opening an account in branch.
