Ordered cookie for daughter's birthday was worried it hasn't arrived so called shop they advised local delivery takes place between 6 and 8pm. They then called back saying that as for a birthday would I like them to add a birthday message to the top of the cookie box.....that's great Customer service and going the extra mile.....much appreciated. Cookie arrived at 6.45 ish.....daughter and grand daughters loved it

Ordered a cookie for my partners 40th birthday, unfortunately it didn't arrive in time due to Royal Mail, so The Cookie Well very kindly delivered a replacement to us so that he could still receive it on his birthday! Very pleased with service and it tastes sooooo good!! Highly recommend, thank you very much!
