        Andy the store manager was incredibly helpful. We've been dealt a pretty rubbish hand with the car we currently have and he was trying everything he could to help us get the correct parts to get our car back on the road. Plus he didn't mind the two toddlers running round the store whilst we waited. Thanks so much for the lovely customer service.

        I was told I could collect my click and collect part. Arrived and part was not in stock. I was offered an alternative at a higher price but manager would not match the price of the original part which was slightly more expensive. Lack of good will.
