    Having ordered a simple visor from this company, I expected to receive a product that matches the imagery displayed on the website and product information on the website. Unfortunately this was not the case, and when I wrote to safe response they advised the image advertised is an old product which has been updated, and if I wanted the product corrected I would have to return the item at my own expense. I have since written back, and called multiple times to no success requesting resolution without my expense. I note from other reviews it would seem this company fall short of the required (by law) standards repeatedly when dealing with issues of orders. If you want peace of mind with online shopping I would avoid safe response.

    My experience was not good. Purchased an small 12v inverter. Unfortunately the product did not work. Returning the product and getting a refund was not a great experience. They insisted that I sent the product back by Royal mail 48 at my own expense, but did claim that they would reimburse postage costs, once they were aware that I understood the consumer Act required them to cover return postage for faulty items. Posted on Monday, Royal mail messaged me that the parcel had been returned and signed for on Wednesday. Contacted the company to chase my refund the following Monday and was informed that their returns department had just received the package that day, claiming the post office message must have been an error. Was informed that the refund would be issued along with postage costs if they confirmed the item was faulty. I would be contacted if the item was not faulty. After a further week I contacted them again by phone. I was disconnected for no apparent reason, so phoned them again, and was told there had been a system error, but a refund would be made. The refund was made later that day, but not the return postage costs. I contacted them using the website chat bot, and was told the the postage cost would also be refunded. It was not, I emailed to ask for the postage to be refunded and included a screen shot of the chat bot text where they agreed to refund. Still no refund and no communication. I now give up. This was not an expensive item, and the return process could have been made easy. I do not know, why they made it so hard and provided me with such a poor experience.

    Extortionate prices and gouging with sanitiser products. You can get all his stock on Amazon much cheaper. Closed on weekends.
