Hayley and Beth have been excellent throughout the journey of getting multiple jobs done. From taking hours 1-1 to choose the appropriate photos to then framing and even doing bespoke work on an incredible project, the customer service and most importantly the quality of work and finish is outstanding and I couldnt be happier with my choice of supporting this local business. Enquired in mid 2022 about my late parents 1950's local artwork/oil painting of a scene on Dartmoor and wanted it both cleaned and reframed as it was looking quite tired and dirty having been in storage a while. Hayley carried this out very diligently & professionally with the gentle cleaning thus refreshing the picture and lovingly restoring most of its colour back from some 40 years previous. She then helped me choose a corresponding new coloured wooden frame which much further enhances the picture without taking away any of its age or provenance. I was very very pleased with the end result and all within my loose budget that i had set myself to complete the work. Highly recommended to all out there who are looking for this type of work. A job very well done thank you.

Hayley is professional and so helpful. She is very creative, knows exactly how to look after her customers, knows her products inside out, always produces bespoke and perfect frames, she definitely goes the extra mile. Wouldn't go anywhere else
