        James was recommended to me by my engineer and several other trade contacts. I have since commissioned him to obtain planning permission for a small luxury housing development. His drawings are of good quality and the specific design program he uses allows 3-D images and site cross-sections to be created more easily than with the traditional CAD packages many others use. In an area like Torbay where sloping sites are common place, this is useful. While for larger engagements he does have a waiting list, he has been helpful at turning smaller components of work around very quickly, either same day or next day, which helps when during the planning process the Council requests more information. I intend commissioning him again on other developments.
