We installed 4 roof lights in our Bungalow and didn't realise that we would need planning permission as they were on the side of the building and not the front or rear. I contacted Charles Blake Associates via email and received a prompt reply from Simon Blake. Mr Blake took the time to explain planning application process to me and provide a quote. I was really happy with the service I had received from Mr Blake so I didn't shop around for quotes but I was happy with the price quoted. Mr Blake made the whole process simple for us and we now have approved planning permission for our roof lights. Charles Blake Associates are good company to deal with and I would use them again should I ever need planning permission.

Absolutely fantastic service from Simon and the team. Used for a double story extension and very happy with the process and fees. Helped through the whole process and were very knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Very professional, honest and highly experienced. Very practicable and highly creative when required. Always proactive and covers all detail. Simon has succeeded in two Planning Applications for me in a conservation area, mainly due to the sympathetic and high quality of the design blending in to the surroundings.
