Rachel is so lovely, I have felt so much better since starting acupuncture in January. It has helped with feelings of depression and anxiety hugely and I feel like Im back to my old self again. Rachel always makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed and I look forward to continuing my sessions with her for a long time!

Rachel and Daryl are both very welcoming. The acupuncture centre is really clean and has a nice feel to it. Rachel is a very caring therapist and has helped me with different ailments. I would highly recommend.

Rachel listens and tailors her treatment to you and that may change over time each change is explained. Most importantly it works and is reasonable priced to others in Torbay

Rachel has been amazing and helped me enormously. She listens carefully and takes the time for the necessary treatments to be completed whilst explaining why she is performing each treatment. Her knowledge and understanding of the body is impressive and she has helped me with my condition in a caring and professional manner, going above and beyond to offer me tips and advice to manage day to day symptoms. I can't recommend her highly enough and can't imagine what life would be like if I hadn't found her to help me through. Acupuncture has made a huge difference to my health and well-being and as soon as I walk through the doors it feels good to be in this place. In addition to helping me with physical symptoms, the treatments have helped me feel much more grounded and relaxed. Thank you Rachel.
