Visited the store on the 19th of august 2020 twice. On the second visit we planned on purchasing a dress and coat which was on the hanger by the door. We were just selecting the sizes ready to take to the counter when the male shop attendant shouted at us very rudely that we were on the wrong side of the shop and we couldn't try the garments on either. We had already selected what we was going to purchase on the previous visit that day. I turned to my partner at that point and said no wonder the shop was empty and I wasn't willing to purchase anything from the store due to the poor level of customer service received.

Staff were awesome and couldnt do enough to help. Great range in store definitely worth a look if you are in Padstow.
