    SPACIOUS, clean and conveniently situated. Bedroom need more furniture - chairs in particular Parking anything close to the house for unloading etc is a nightmare as the drive is steep and narrow with an irregular drop to one side and an irregular stone wall to the other. This would be easily remedied but probably hasn't because I'm told that major building work is due to commence soon.Take a Smart car or park 25mtrs from the house downhill. The positives outweigh the negatives because of it's location. But it could be better.

    6 Dennis Road is one of the nicest and safest roads in Padstow. It is beautifully situated less than 150 meters from the harbour. The house has a lovely homely feeling. The new owners have furnished to a very high standard and the kitchen has everything you need. The 2 double bedrooms each have a great ensuite and the best thing is that the showers are fantastic. There is a large family bathroom too. The utility room is huge as it runs from front to back and will store all your gear. Leather sofas and open gas fire in the sitting room, as well as a large dining room complete a nice feel. The front area of the house was landscaped in Oct 2018 and this widens the narrow slope thus making parking nearer the house very easy. Additional refurbishment commenced in November 2020, and a new kitchen has been installed. with quartz worktops, belfast sink, induction hob and all the facilities to cook as well as Rick Stein!

    Padstow is one of our favourite UK destinations and we have had a number of holidays there. We have just returned from our most recent visit where we stayed at 6 Dennis Road with our dog. The property is located just a few minutes walk from the harbour but is also very private and away from the crowds. It is extremely well appointed and in excellent decorative order. As anyone who has visited Padstow in high season will know, finding a parking spot after 9 am is virtually impossible so the ample parking for several cars is a significant advantage. The property has views from the front rooms over the Camel river to Rock and to the rear there is a substantial garden ideal for barbecues, enjoying the sun and letting out our dog! The property really is a home from home which was a big factor in making our stay a success. We would thoroughly recommend it if you are planning a trip to Padstow.

    I spent a week staying at this superb property in February 2019. The location is excellent, being situated on a quiet road with views of the River Camel and only 5 minutes walk away from Padstow harbour. There is ample private parking for 3-4 cars immediately in front of the house. The accommodation itself is tastefully furnished and recently redecorated. There are two large double bedrooms and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds which can convert into a third double bed. Dining options include a main dining room with a large wooden table and less formal eating on benches in the conservatory. The garden at the rear of the property provides plenty of space for sitting out or sunbathing...and is dog-friendly! Overall, this is an excellent property for families or couples who want to enjoy everything Padstow and the surrounding area has to offer. Definitely 5 stars!

    We have just returned from a long weekend at 6 Dennis Road. The house is large but feels very homely and cosy. The two double bedrooms are huge and have very comfy beds and pillows. The shower pressure is amazing and has put our shower at home to shame. The living room was our favourite place in the house. Perfect place to chill with the fire on and with a glass of wine. The house would work perfectly for two families. The kitchen has everything you could think of to cook a full meal. You also have an option of two dining rooms. In regards to a previous comment about drive access, the drive has recently been renovated and we had no problems at all parking in front of the house. The drive is huge and could esily fit 5+ cars with plenty of room to turn your car. You couldnt ask for a better location. We walked in to Padstow in about 3 minutes and tried lots of fantastic local food. We also took a 5 minute drive to the local surfing beach. Great place to walk the dog and people watch. Our only regret is not staying longer!
