My husband and I recently visited Jam Industries in Padstow. We were delighted by the service we received. We found them to be helpful, courteous and with a superb range of clothes. Although we live quite far away, we will definitely be keeping an eye on their website over the coming seasons. Well done guys, it's great to see a thriving independent business.

Visited here last year with my family, and brought my boyfriend here this year after loving our purchases! The owners are so friendly and helpful. Really nice vibes and amazing quality & unique products that make great presents!

Unbelievable I will follow Bank Of England advice this store and others like it WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH. They take Apple Pay or Credit cards but Not UK Bank Notes. Stores like this who rely on tourism seriously need to take a look at themselves. It would also be good if they didnt call you MATE instead embark upon a customer care course. Sorry guys but seriously your attitude is awful.

I cannot praise this company enough on their customer service. I purchased a jumper whilst visiting their store in Padstow but unfortunately encountered an issue with the item. After emailing their contact address yesterday I received a response within just 7 minutes with an apology and letting me know a replacement would be sent out. I received the replacement first thing this morning (so the very next day!) I'm really impressed with the service and their friendly attitude. Other companies should take note! Their clothing is really beautiful and I will definitely be purchasing more items.
