Great customer service Staff are so helpful and have been 100% looking to get the right cover whilst obtaining car insurance at a very competitive rate. Thank you especially to Neil and Lisa. Personalised service no rubbishy company's "compare online" that pass you details on and then get inundated with dodgy calls. Five stars.

So a few years ago I found out they were over charging me. they only corrected this because I called them out. Most recently they took a random payment out of my accountd. 3 phone calls later and they say its a system error. No apology and no sympathy. This caused my acount to go nsf. They make you feel like its your fault for pointing out there errors.
