        Belated review as we were back in Padstow after 2 years. The roast dinners here are superb. You get pub roasts and then you get this one. Massive portion and all the trimmings. Proper pub food at its best. They even say if you want extra veg and potatoes just ask which you dont because you get too much already. I hope its still the same. If wed been here on a Sunday wed definitely have booked and snaffled.

        Didn't stay here but turned up on spec and were welcomed in by such friendly and welcoming staff. Our waitress was brilliant from start to finish. So busy but unflappable and seemed happy in her work. Nothing was too much trouble. And the food was great too, I had the biggest plate of proper chips I've ever seen with my delicious plant burger. They were so tasty too, lots of crispy ones! My partners said his name egg and chips was great too, really good ham. Recommend this place!
