I have been into the cafe this morning and I am feeling very disappointed with the lady who works with Debbie I was clearly next to be served and my partner came in after me(unknowingly to the assistant of Debbies) she told me to wait and asked my partner what he wanted and totally snubbed me to serve him) which backfired when he made it clear he had come into the cafe after me and that she was rude to me and we couldnt understand why she snubbed me! I binned the sandwich as I lost my appetite. Ill not be able to purchase anything from there again which I did daily over delivery we are going elsewhere after the disgusting service! I would like to add that Debbie is fantastic and provides an excellent service its a shame her Saturday assistant needs to lay off the bubbles and get some customer service training!! Rude is an understatement!!
