Had an appointment with Ram at the Coventry clinic today for a H/A injection for severe hip arthritis. Ram was absolutely amazing and explained the whole process in a reassuring manner which put my mind at ease. Completely painless and would 100% recommend Ram to anyone who is thinking of this treatment. Thanks again Ram.

A truly amazing experience with Dr Ram today. I visited his surgery in Rugby to have an USG injection to help with pain and movement to my frozen shoulder. He took time to explain everything in detail to me before going ahead. During the scan he also found a secondary issue which I can now refer back to my doctor. I travelled from Devon to have this done and it was well worth the 13 hour round trip.

My partner has had a consultation with them (paid in full immediately) and we were promised (by the doctor) that he would send us the report (and confirm the time for the next slot - not the date) in the afternoon. Days later, no news from the doctor and impossible to get in touch with him. The next appointment's date is just a couple of days away and we have no clue what is going to happen. In the meantime, we are missing possible available slots in another clinic. Unprofessionalism to the highest level!

I have had an ongoing injury due to repetitive strain causing tennis elbow and golfers elbow. I decided to find a private company instead of the long wait on the NHS. I had a consultation with Ram who was very professional and explained everything about the treatment I needed to get better. I would like to thank him for the amazing and professional work he carried out, fixing this issue thats been affecting me for the past 3 years. Anyone looking for PRP injections I would highly recommend using this company. Finally I am pain free and can continue with working and getting back to every day life without any worries.
