Sears Funeral Directors

We recently used this funeral service since my grandmother passed away and I think its disgusting how they have treated us. There were two occasions on the day and a recent situation that has upset me personally. 1) post cremation my grandmother was returned to us in a paper bag within a cardboard box (if thats common practice then that should have been discussed). 2) when we were all saying our last goodbyes at the end of ceremony, Mike told us all get up and leave quickly which was so disrespectful and rude. 3) the hearse driving my grandmother drove too quickly at certain times driving between Brenchley and Matfield. Im really not impressed.

From the initial contact through to the burial of our father, the service provided by Sears Paddock Wood was exceptional. Vanessa was incredibly compassionate, sympathetic, caring and incredibly helpful during the entire process and went above and beyond. Every little detail was dealt with professionally and promptly and Dad got the perfect send off, nothing was too much trouble and Sears literally sorted everything and took a lot of the stress out of a very difficult time and the entire Lucas family will always be appreciative as we are very much comforted by the fact that fathers specific final wishes were all met. The entire team are wonderful, Dad was laid to rest in the most dignified manner and we, as a family couldn't be more delighted by the service we received. Thank you
