I rushed in for passport photos, with very little time to wait, as I had only 5 minutes to have the photos taken and catch the train to London. Despite the fact the lady was dealing with another customer before me, she was truly amazing helping me in record time, I caught the train to London and had my photos sorted. I was so impressed with the service provided, she went above and beyond to help me with one extra photo. And all this while she is running the whole place by herself. She has to deal with people using the laundrette and she is the one taking photos for documents, she deals with payments and she answers people enquiries. This wonderful lady is a credit to your business. Thank you very much for making my day. xx

We had 3 sets of passport photos taken today. We were assisted by the most helpful and pleasant Kirsty. She was juggling loads of customers coming in for their dry cleaning and also helped us, despite running the whole operation on her own. We had a great experience.

Nikki was fantastic when we wanted passport pictures. She was great with our three year old and managed to get the pictures done quickly. Very good customer service.
