        Just had a delivery from a driver with attitude, quite aggressive when asked why the parcel had been torn/damaged, refused to give his name, pointed at the DHL logo on his back and told me to complain to them.

        Arranged to collect, on arrival the customer desk was closed despite opening times being clearly stated... 20mins to open and be let in. Process once seen to was acceptable and the staff friendly.

        Had a package sent to me via DHL - the most appalling service constant delays, no ability to get hold of someone to sort it out i thought Hermes was bad but DHL are the worst ever
