Cannot recommend this dealer after very rude service from Tina. I was looking forward to buy my first car and was preparing to pay when I requested to see the invoice prior to payment. Tina called me and was very resistant to this idea, suggesting I was inferring the dealer was not licit which I never said. I explained I was only trying to be cautious, she treated me horribly, shouted at me despite me staying calm throughout and hung up on me. I understand that they hold physical invoices but I don't see the problem in making that available to costumer via pdf or photo prior to payment as I know this to be common practice in many dealers. Regardless of whether they were willing to show the invoice or not, the treatment I received is really inappropriate and disrespectful. Was left shaking with her tone and manner which really put me off much more than any invoice situation could. *edit*: owner responds to this review with yet more lies and excusing aggressive manner. Their rating is now 3.9 stars for their 'great' costumer service. I leave to the future buyer to consider whether they want to deal with these folks after the multiple accounts of extreme disrespect reported here on google. Also watch out for fake reviews

From my initial enquiry to us driving away in our new car the service we.received from Tina and the team at JJs was fantastic. Nothing was too much bother even when we had a small after sales issue the problem was soon resolved without any fuss. Thank you JJs

Very polite and helpful company. Within a week of financing a new car it had a years MOT and service they also touched up the areas I requested. Would recommend to friends and family if they were looking for a new car to have a look at their stock on ebay or Autotrader.
