Jamie has just finished installing our replacement en-suite, which included new wall tiles.. He was professional, very easy to communicate with, giving us clear information and advice. Put up with the crooked pipework and floor tiles out of square for several years now but the aroma in the toilet finally prompted me to replace the whole bathroom suite myself. The waste pipe from the actual toilet pan has been cut too short to meet the sewer pipe coming up from underground and has been allowing raw sewage to be splashed all over the connection and be exposed to the air (there has been no attempt to seal the joint), this has caused not only the smell over the years but also a horrid build up of black mould behind the unit itself, totally amateur error that we paid a lot of money for. Would not let this guy near my house again, I can do a far better job myself for a fraction of the cost and know that the job has been done to a high standard. Service: Toilet installation
