        Went in last night (Wednesday) but they were not serving food. Made do with sandwiches and crisps that were nice and fresh. Beer was also good and service excellent. Only issue was outside area looked a bit unloved and unwelcoming. The grass really needs to be cut more often and the pile of broken chairs/tables binned.

        Just had Sunday Lunch and it was delicious. Had a selection of meats with peas, sweet corn, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes and roast parsnips and Yorkshire pudding. Everything was cooked from fresh and it was excellent.couldnt resist the homemade apple crumble with custard Im in good heaven!! Definitely recommend
