Ye Olde Bridge Inn

Visited this evening and where disappointed with the steak not being able to choose how we wanted it cooked ,when it came out it was dry and chewy and the chips where overdone. I also had to get up and go to the bar to pay I asked two people to pay and no one seemed to do anything. from that experience we wouldn't come back .

We hired one of the pods for a 80th birthday treat the food was fantastic the staff are amazing We've booked again for tomorrow evening.

Food was lovely, menu advertised 'lashings of gravy'. Can't say that's whay we recieved, however we never mentioned it and I'm sure the staff would have obliged should we have mentioned it.
