Chartfords Trees

First time using James and the team having recently purchased a new property. Fabulous job removing several large trees and pruning a large mixed hedge for the first time in years. Very friendly team and James kept us fully involved throughout, explaining exactly what was being done prior to starting each item. Would thoroughly recommend.

I have used Chartfords Trees every two years for the last 6 years to pollard a Norwegian Maple on my boundary. To avoid disruption to the business on the other side of my boundary all work and removal has to be carried out from my side. The two tree surgeons who came this time were polite, efficient, thorough and tidied up meticulously before departure. This has always been my experience of Chartfords trees and highly valued as I share a drive with my neighbours and amongst us we have to choregraph moving parked vehicles and keeping access available. The company also flexed at short notice to change my appointment to a different time on the same day as we had a neighbour's funeral cortege leaving at the same time as they were due to arrive. It is easy to contact the company and they are very efficient at every stage of the process. Highly recommended.

Willow tree crowned again on a very wet day but this didnt phase Chartfords. The 2 guys got on with their work very efficiently and cleared every last bit of debris up afterwards. Fantastic job and good value for money. Definitely recommend and will no doubt see them again in a couple of years. Thanks again.
