        Totally incompetent. Doesn't follow agreed works - on the day attempts to make the job more complicated, expensive and disruptive when in actual fact the job is extremely simple. Still expects payment even though they have totally misinformed the customer of the nature of job and overcharges for the small percentage of the work that was completed. Had the very simple, straightforward work completed by another company with no disruption in the space of one day at a sensible price, instead of the 3 very expensive days planned by this company.
