My daughter was playing a chess tournament upstairs, I was sitting with the other parents in the next room when some grumpy woman (librarian can you imagine) rushed in and started screaming at us "get out of here, you have not paid for this room". That was the first time I saw such an unprovoked aggression from a public service employee. Some people are wondering why people stopped reading books in libraries. I have got an answer now
