I can't thank Simon and his team enough for everything he did to make my Mum's funeral service perfect. Everything went seamlessly and the whole day was beautiful. The team were so respectful and reassuring throughout which followed exactly how Simon had been from day one. His kind, sincere nature made an incredibly difficult part of this journey one that will now remain a beautiful memory of a perfect send off for my Mum and I will be forever grateful.

To the lady that works hereHow could you cause so much heartache?! How could you refuse my mum a final moment with her aunt?! You upset her so much that day. And then you call her cousin and tell her she is irate and planning to cause problems at the funeral?! Who the hell do you think you are?! I was there too! Not once did she lash out at you at all! YOU UPSET HER AND SHE STORMED OUT! NOW WE ARE BEING TOLD WE HAVE RUINED THE FUNERAL WE DIDDNT EVEN ATTEND?! BECAUSE OF YOU!

This company were dealing with the arrangements for my aunts funeral. I arrived early at 09.00am to deliver my floral tribute, in fact we saw the arranger open the door. I asked if my aunt was viewable and the arranger said no, which I accept as mother nature can be very cruel. I asked if the coffin was sealed and she said 'no' so I asked her to place a card into the coffin for me. As we left I said to my daughter lets do a closed coffin viewing, I really wanted a moment to say a proper goodbye. We went back and enquired and she said 'no' which seems to be her favourite word. She had someone in the chapel of rest and a family due in to view at 10.00am and was not prepared to put my aunt there for a few minutes. All she said was 'this is a small building' My aunt had been in the mortuary all weekend not even in a chapel of rest. This awful arranger denied me a moment with my aunt who I could not visit due to COVID in the care home. I am a funeral arranger myself and I would never deny this to anyone, I would not be able to sleep at night. Clearly my compassion for the job far out ways hers.

We cant thanks Alex Jones enough for what they have done for our family over the last 3 years. Sadly we have needed them 4 times, but each time they are so respectful, caring, nothing is too much, they have made a very sad time easier. Alexandra, is just amazing! From start to finish, she is kind, totally understanding, very calm, and nothing is too much. I totally recommend Alex Jones. I wouldnt trust anyone else with our family. Thank you each and every one of you, you are just amazing xx

When my Mum passed away recently, I called a few undertakers. They were very impersonal and just wanted to put a brochure in the post. Alexander from Alex Jones on the other hand, talked me through things at the pace I wanted to go. I knew what I wanted so she gave me facts and figures in a very down to earth manner which I appreciated. She was always at the end of the phone or email when I contacted her to ask questions. On the day of the funeral, the hearse arrived at our house. It was beautiful and the flowers had all been loaded around mum's coffin with great care. The undertakers were all smartly dressed. Alan was in charge of Mums funeral and he was both kind and professional, and put us at our ease, guiding us through the day. He respected my wish not to go on the motorway even though we had a long diversion because the A25 was blocked. We had a beautiful drive through country roads which mum would have loved. At the Bluebell Cemetery we had a wonderful service taken by the celebrant that Alexander recommended, Ruth Fraser. She was absolutely perfect, her diction clear and warm, her intonation exactly right making the tributes so personal . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
