COOK Oxted

Easy process to order and collect food, but unfortunately felt the staff were quite unfriendly :( it felt a bit like we were being told off for collecting our items!!

Cook is great, and a fail safe option. The Oxted branch has lovely staff and weve found the whole team really helpful. Today though Lisa went above and beyond, we messed up our timings slightly and wouldnt have made it to the store in time, so called and asked if we could pop in a few minutes after they closed to pick up their stunning butter chicken dish and some side dishes. She put it all to the side and stayed open just so we could purchase it, how wonderfully kind and lovely! Thanks so much Lisa:)

The taster we had when arriving was lovely, bought just that. Was delicious.

Not taking cash which is very inconvenient so I won't be going back. Staff very friendly and said lots of customers have walked out as they won't take cash. The chicken penang curry was nothing like a real Thai penang curry so big disappointment. I'm hoping the other fusion dishes are better as I bought the rendang and tajine. They are very expensive for what they are.
