Worst customer service, expensive flowers and a snobby lady selling them. Everything seemed like too much effort for her, she was rude. I bought a bouquet of roses and after paying saw something else that would have been nice, however it clearly meet the minimum amount for card, instead of politely saying this she just huffed and disgustedly said no. Never buy from here if you value customer service and dont want to be treated like dirt.

ordered a spray of flowers for a funeral for collection - about the worst bunch of flowers i have seen - ashamed to leave them. Cost 40 and not worth 10 - will not use again
