Called to book my 17 year old daughter a check up and assured she was still on the NHS list. Receptionist unable to find the dentist's diary and said would call back. No call back. Called a few days later to try again. Was hung up on. Call back from rather rude lady to tell me, my daughter had been taken off the list. Asked her why I had been told differently and was told no notes to that effect - convenient. Generally, lying to customers is a shoddy way to do business. Suggest avoiding this shoddy practice with rude staff.

We always have such a great customer journey at Priory House from the reception desk through to our super talented dentist Dr Howell. He has recently done the most fantastic work on building up my teenagers teeth. She and I totally trusted him to do a good job and the result is better than good it is brilliant! Highly highly recommend.

I was very pleased with my experience at priory house. I was very anxious at first but my dentist Dr Mohan and his nurse Amy made me feel at ease. I feel much better about coming back next time. Highly recommend to anyone trying to find a dentist at the moment.

Sadly my last 2 visits have not been good. I was told to bring my young daughter to all my checkups even before she needed to a dentist herself. I did this. The first time was great. She sat on my lap and watched in happiness. My last visit the dentist was annoyed she was there. He wouldn't let me reassure her whilst she sat crying on a chair the other side of the room as he was rushing.. He was called to help someone else after my appt so rushed his way through mine. All very rude. Will be finding a new practice.
