        Went into Boots Oxted yesterday to pick up my husbands vital medication that comes from Redhill hospital. Waiting in the queue then told by rude manager that it is staffs lunch break and to come back in an hour! Poor staff that was behind the counter looked mortified, I explained that I had come only for that , no payment nothing just needed handing over. Was told by the manager that it was policy and I would have to wait ! So I sat down and waited , while SHE the manager was supposedly filling a shelf, ignoring me. I asked if she could give me my package, same automated response , no, I would have to wait. An hour later young girl opened the draw and gave me the package saying she was sorry. Not her fault, poor girl having to work with that rude patronising, unhelpful manager. They re customer service is appalling! Why is management letting this happen, she should be sacked !
